About Resource Planning
Resource Planning is a Tauranga-based town planning and resource management consultancy. We provide resource consenting, planning feasibility and advisory services to private landowners and developers, and support central and local government with resource consent processing and policy-based project work.
Our approach
Planning rules exist for good reason, but they’re not always easy to interpret. We aim to give straightforward, practical advice — translating what the District Plan and the Resource Management Act mean for your specific property or project, and managing the process so you’re not left chasing Council or consultants on your own.
