Resource Consents
We prepare resource consent applications from small scale infringements to larger more complex matters for lodgement with Regional or District Council, manage the specialist consultants your application needs, and handle stakeholder consultation (iwi and hapū, and other affected parties). We ensure that your application is a robust and complete application for lodgement with Council. We will manage and navigate the Council process through to issue of your consent.
